See how much quoted work is going unchased
Measure the value of quotes that did not close and never received consistent follow-up. Then test your own recovery scenario. We do not assume every quiet quote was winnable, and we do not invent a conversion uplift for you.
Your numbers
The calculator starts with an example so the math is visible. Replace every number with your own completed-month data.
Nothing you enter is sent or stored. This runs in your browser.
Follow-up exposure
First the facts, then your scenario.
Quoted value left unchased
$24,000
12 of 21 unclosed quotes had no consistent follow-up in this example. That is quote exposure — not a claim that all of it was recoverable.
Monthly quoted value
$60,000
Unclosed quoted value
$42,000
Won quote value
$18,000
Follow-up coverage of unclosed
43%
Your 5% recovery scenario
0.6
additional wins / month
$1,200
scenario quote value / month
$14,400
annualized scenario value
This is a planning scenario based on the percentage you chose. It is not predicted revenue, profit, or a promise that follow-up will produce this result.
Subscription context
ChaseQueue is $79 USD/month after the first 10 free chases outside Canada. One average $2,000 quote is 25× that monthly amount in gross quoted value.
That comparison is simple arithmetic, not an ROI forecast. Revenue is not profit, and an additional sale is never guaranteed.
What this measures
Quote exposure, not imaginary lost revenue
The calculator first isolates the unclosed quotes you say did not receive consistent follow-up. Their quoted value is real. Whether any of them would have become customers is a separate question.
The scenario
You choose the recovery assumption
A 5% scenario means “what if 5% of these currently unclosed, unchased quotes became wins?” It is not an industry benchmark or a promise about what follow-up software will do.
Better input
Use your own CRM, spreadsheet, or estimating history
Use one completed month if possible. Count a quote as unchased when it stayed unresolved without a deliberate next follow-up step. Do not count known losses, declines, or deferred jobs as “missed” just to make the number bigger.
Transparent formula
The math is intentionally boring enough to audit.
Unclosed quotes = quotes sent minus quotes won. We do not assume all unclosed quotes were lost because of follow-up.
Unchased quoted value = unclosed quotes without consistent follow-up × average quote value.
Scenario value = unchased quotes × your recovery assumption × average quote value. That is a planning scenario, not predicted revenue.
